A satisfied Merofixer: Meet Ricardo

Working at Merofix is different every day! Ricardo has been working at Merofix for about a year. He started at Merofix in March 2022 through a temporary employment agency but now has a permanent contract. Before Ricardo started at Merofix, he was already working in the metal sector. Because of the corona crisis, he had to look for another job. Ricardo received positive feedback soon after his first interview at Merofix. On Tuesday, Ricardo was given a tour of the company, and on Wednesday, he started his first day of work.

Ricardo received from the start training on the shop floor from his foreman for a few weeks. Despite his experience in the metal sector, working at Merofix was a challenge. For example, Merofix uses different types of steel for various threaded products. This required some knowledge. Thanks to his training and help from colleagues, he has mastered this.
