As a pioneer in customization, we produce customized industrial fasteners, exactly according to the desired specifications. Merofix has a wide range of modern CNC machines. These powerhouses work efficiently and get the job done. This is how we ensure high quality in industrial fasteners and other custom-made products. Fine-tuning existing products? That is not a problem either. We are not dependent on external suppliers, so adjustments are made quickly.

At Merofix, we understand the importance of short delivery times. Partly thanks to our strategic stock of raw materials, this is obvious. We have the materials available to realize custom screw thread products. With specialized software, we also guarantee the traceability of our products. This way, the origin of products and raw materials is always clear. In addition, we can provide a certificate with the chemical and mechanical properties of the finished materials.
More information
Although Merofix specializes in threaded products, this is always optional. Merofix also supplies products without threads. For example, we fold parts for fitness equipment, speed cameras and numerous other applications.
